Terms of Fiduciary Engagement

Please review these Terms of Engagement governing brokerage advisory services, Private Treaty Vault access, and acquisition representations with International Realty Brokerage CO.

1. Brokerage & Advisory Scope

International Realty Brokerage CO operates as a licensed independent real estate brokerage and commercial transaction advisory firm. All market valuations, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and Private Treaty Vault presentations are prepared for accredited institutional and private wealth principals. Final transactions are subject to formal purchase agreements and escrow closing protocols.

2. Off-Market Private Treaty Protocols

Access to confidential off-market dossiers requires mutual execution of bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Principals agree not to circumvent the brokerage or approach asset owners, trustees, or financial lenders outside of designated advisory channels.

3. Fiduciary Alignment & Compliance

All transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and international regulatory standards, including US FINRA/FATCA AML compliance, UK FCA guidelines, and Swiss FINMA real estate transaction governance.
